FAQ

Q. how do we book a consultation?

A. Booking a consultation is easy: First register your information and your pets. Confirm a time that suits your schedule. Receive personalised consultation and treatment at your door. Easy mobile payment via Mobile Eftpos (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eftpos and Cash accepted).

Q. How do we register?

A.  You can register your information using the handy form here.

Please let us know your pet's details (name, species, breed, age, sex etc)  and what kind of vaccination or treatment is required.

Q. How do we arrange a time?

A. Please advise us of what times you are available and we will be in contact to arrange an appointment time via phone, text, facebook message or email. Appointments are usually between 9 -12 and 1-3 Monday - Friday if you need an appointment outside of these hours contact us to see if we can help.

Please let us know if there are any property details that may be pertinent - security gates, height restrictions (we have a large hospital van), guard dogs, parking enforcement etc.

Note: After hours consultations are not available

Q. What consulations/ treatments can be done?

A.  When it is at all possible, practical and safe, treatment will be done on site - most consultations, basic blood/lab tests, routine dentals or surgery can be done in our mobile surgery van.

If a procedure is more complex, has an extended recovery time, or requires advanced and/or specialist diagnostic techniques, we will endeavour to arrange this with you at a vet clinic of your choice.

Note: As we are independent and not affiliated with any particular vet clinic we are required to send a separate invoice.

Q. What payment methods are available?

A. For your convenience we offer a fully mobile Payclip system. We accept Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard and cash on site but unfortunately cannot process telephone payments. Internet banking payments are also welcome.

Please enquire about any other payment options as they are assessed on a case by case basis.

Note: Payment at time of service is expected. Unfortunately we are unable to offer customer accounts.

Q. can you help if its an emergency?

A. We are more like a mobile Vet clinic, rather than an ambulatory or emergency service.

Please always phone us and check if we are available to help if there is an emergency, however as we can be located in any area of Auckland in an emergency situation We might not be nearby to help and you could have to go to a local clinic, after hours or referral centre.
