Shipping and returns

All shipping/freight rates are fixed at $12.65

  • We shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to causes beyond our control.

  • If Your Mobile Vet makes a mistake in addressing your parcel then we’ll cover any costs for re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product.

  • If the Customer has given an incorrect or insufficient address, then we will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be by the Customer.

 

DElivery times

Most deliveries are fast and happen a lot sooner than listed below however sometimes things do not go to plan! If you work on the times indicated below, a quicker delivery will only be a bonus!

  • North Island please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

  • South Island please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

  • International customers - Please note we do not ship overseas.

 

Returns guarantee

You can buy online with confidence through Your Mobile Vet. We are happy to return, exchange or refund (minus shipping) products within 28 days of purchase as long as they are in unopened/new condition.

Contact us immediately to let us know that you would like to return an item and to arrange your Returns Option (exchange, refund or credit).

Please repack the item carefully. It is our policy that only items that are in new/unopened condition will be accepted under our Returns Guarantee. Please contact us for the returns address.

NOTE: you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning items back to us.

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 any goods that are faulty or not of good quality, you as the customer, have the right to have the item repaired, replaced or refunded.
